This is Nina's favorite burger. I got the original recipe from a random cookbook over 10 years ago. I have since modified it so many times to suit my taste. Here's my version.
Ingredients:
4 tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 lb. Lean ground beef
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 ½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
1 large egg
Directions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Shape into patties.
Barbecue, or place on rack grill/broiler pan and grill/broil 3-4 minutes on each side or until done.
Serve on toasted and buttered slider buns.
Build your own sliders. Garnish with cheese, avocado, bacon, lettuce....etc...
